Quattro Dirty Martini
INGREDIENTS
15ml Dry Vermouth
60ml Quattro Gin
1 tsp Olive Brine
3 x Spanish Olives, to garnish
1 x Sprig Rosemary
METHOD

  Smoke rosemary (OPTIONAL).

  In a mixing glass, add ice, gin and olive brine and stir for 15 seconds. Set aside.

  Add ice into martini glass followed by vermouth and swirl around to coat the glass until frosted.

  Pour out the vermouth and ice from the martini glass.

  Strain the gin and brine into the martini glass.
6
  Garnish with rosemary and olives on a cocktail skewer.
