Quattro Dirty Martini




1   Smoke rosemary (OPTIONAL).

2   In a mixing glass, add ice, gin and olive brine and stir for 15 seconds. Set aside.

3   Add ice into martini glass followed by vermouth and swirl around to coat the glass until frosted.

4   Pour out the vermouth and ice from the martini glass.

5   Strain the gin and brine into the martini glass.

6   Garnish with rosemary and olives on a cocktail skewer.
