Each flight features a curated selection from our range giving you the chance to compare styles, explore flavour profiles and understand how ingredients and distillation techniques shape character. It’s a relaxed, engaging way to discover what makes each spirit unique and find a spirit for you. Choose from our gin, vodka, whisky and brandy flights. Available daily.

DISTILLERY TOUR
Step inside a century‑old landmark and discover the stories behind Twenty Third Street Distillery. This guided tour takes you through the historic Customs House, past the copper stills and into the Barrel Warehouse, where spirit is laid down to mature and develop its character.
Along the way, you will see spirits crafted on site, learn what is coming off the still and gain insight into cuts, ageing and the role of time, wood and balance in shaping flavour. Our team shares the science and artistry behind distillation, the evolution of the site and the people who have influenced its style over generations.
It is an immersive look at how heritage, technique, creativity and region come together to produce spirits with a true sense of place.

You’ll be guided step‑by‑step as you create two signature cocktails, learning how ingredients work together and how small adjustments can transform a drink. It’s fun, social and designed to give you the confidence to elevate your skills at home.
