TASTING NOTES
Luxurious passionfruit and mango aromas mingle with the herbaceous lift of red juniper. On the palate, sweet and juicy pineapple and mango layer with zesty citrus notes from the finger lime and lingering juniper pine-spice warmth. Sip neat or mix with soda, tonic or fresh pineapple juice, plenty of ice and a mint garnish.

TROPICAL GIN
Bright, juicy tropical fruit flavours burst forth over a background hum of sophisticated botanicals. Flavours of radiant Australian summer sun, and refreshing leafy shade. Real mango, pineapple, passionfruit and finger lime in every bottle evoke decadent holiday vibes. Splash some sunshine around.
METHOD
We soak and vapour distill a small amount of red juniper berries in our Pot still to make a spicy fruit gin base to build and layer our flavours. A range of ripe tropical fruits including mango, pineapple, passionfruit, banana and finger lime are prepared for a gin maceration. The gin is then poured over the fruit where it is allowed to macerate and mingle for over two weeks to extract all the ripe aromas and flavour of sunshine, exotic fruits and the warm tropics.
