We’ve taken the ruffian of spirits, trimmed its mullet & polished its manners. Yet, our Signature Rum still has a glint in its eye. You’ll sense the raw energy of Australian cane sugar lurking under sticky date pudding & marmalade toast characters. From tin mug or crystal glass, it’ll warm your cockles.
METHOD
Fermented Australian sugarcane juice is double distilled and stashed away in first re-use ex-Bourbon barrels. It serves a term at high strength, is drawn off and broken back to bottling strength then returned to the barrels. Shaped by the Riverland climate and ghosts of Bourbon past, the result is pure gold.

JOSHUA SEARSON (ADL)
Joshua Searson is a visual artist practicing in a variety of mediums based in Adelaide, South Australia.
Taking a strong interest in imperfect graphics in all forms; such as vintage type, dot screen imagery, amateur sign-painting and advertising clip-art, his work incorporates an eclectic mix of the old and new.
Other work includes public art commissions, running printmaking workshops and logo design. Josh is a founding member of Adelaide’s Print Cult collective, a collaborative team of 7 visual artists who create works from traditional and contemporary printmaking techniques.
