TROPICAL GIN-A COLADA
INGREDIENTS
30ml Tropical Gin
30ml Full Fat Coconut Cream
60ml Pineapple Juice
Desiccated Coconut, to rim glass & garnish
Pineapple Wedge, to garnish
METHOD
1
  Add ice into a cocktail shaker with all other ingredients (except garnish).

  Shake for 15 secs.
3
  Coat the rim of a highball glass with desiccated coconut.
4
  Add ice to highball glass and strain liquid into glass.
5
  Garnish with pineapple and more coconut.
