METHOD
1 Add ice into a cocktail shaker with all other ingredients (except garnish).
2 Shake for 15 secs.
3 Coat the rim of a highball glass with desiccated coconut.
4 Add ice to highball glass and strain liquid into glass.
5 Garnish with pineapple and more coconut.
