Ouzo: you either love it, or you just don’t love it yet. Our Master Distiller has crafted this punchy, fresh and layered nectar with whole seeds of dill, aniseed, caraway, star anise and fennel. Sip and savour with full-flavoured appetisers like chargrilled seafood and saganaki.

Massively aromatic with sweet, clean fennel notes deepening to caraway and star anise. Palate is round and full, with just enough sweetness. Refreshing and assertive spice and herbal flavours are followed by pleasantly lingering liquorice warmth.
Whole star anise plus whole seeds of dill, caraway and fennel are steeped first in pure water for 24-48 hours. Then we add our signature Queensland cane sugar base liquor and soak another 24 hours. Slowly and thoroughly, this method extracts the full spectrum of flavours. The liquid is copper pot distilled, then sweetened with just a touch of cane sugar before filtering to crystal clarity.
