Your use of this website is conditional on your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out below, including our Privacy Statement. We reserve the right to alter the Terms and Conditions at anytime at our discretion.
This website is intended for use by persons of the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence and in the country from which you access the site. If you are not of legal age you may be in breach of governing laws and regulations and you should leave this website.
All contents and material on this website are subject to copyright under Australian law and, under international treaties, laws of many other countries. Unless indicated otherwise, we own the copyright and all rights are reserved. Except as permitted in these Terms and Conditions, you may not reproduce, transfer, copy, adapt, distribute or store all or part of the contents of this website or incorporate any part of this website into another site without our prior written consent.
You may store on your computer or print hard copies of material on this website for your personal use only. You must ensure that any material copied for that purpose retains any copyright or other intellectual property notice contained in the original material. You may not alter the material in any way. We reserve the right to revise the content of, amend links from or withdraw your access to this website at anytime without notice.
The laws of South Australia govern your use and access of this site and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia in relation to your use of this site.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997, liquor must not be supplied to persons under 18. DRINK RESPONSIBLY.
Gift Cards can be purchased online only and will be sent via email to the recipient specified at time of purchase.
Gift Cards will be valid for use within a 36 month period from the date of issue. The expiry date will be recorded on the Gift Card. On expiry, the Gift Card will automatically become invalid and any unused residual value will not be refunded or credited.
Gift Cards can be redeemed in venue at 23rd Street Distillery, Renmark. The Gift Card must be presented in person to be accepted. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase a new Gift Card. Once the credit on a Gift Card has been spent, the Gift Card becomes invalid and cannot be re-loaded with additional credit.
Goods that have been purchased in whole or in part with a Gift Card may be returned, exchanged or replaced subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale – although we reserve the right to issue a Gift Card to replace the redeemed Gift Card, instead of other tender or cash.
You are responsible for the care and control of your Gift Card. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. The person in possession of the Gift Card will be regarded as the rightful owner.
Tickets to our events and experiences can be purchased online or in venue.
Tickets will be valid for the specified date and time of the selected event/experience only. The event date will be recorded on the Ticket. Once the event date and time have passed, the Ticket will automatically become invalid and any unused value will not be refunded or credited.
If an event/experience is unable to be attended, please contact the Team (via our Contact Us page) for assistance in exploring options to reschedule an event.
Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind/availability however we will be happy to reschedule your visit to another date or convert the ticket value to a gift card for you to use in Venue.
No changes will be accepted if the event date and time have passed.
If the event is cancelled by the Venue, we will make contact with the listed ticket holders as soon as practical to communicate the options available, which may include rescheduling the event, converting the ticket value (excluding fees) to a Gift Card, or a refund (excluding fees).
Any refunds will be done against the payment method used for the original purchase. No refunds will be made in cash.
Tickets must be presented for redemption at the venue specified. The Ticket must be presented in person to be accepted and we reserve the right to request ID.
You are responsible for the care and control of your Ticket. Lost or stolen Tickets will not be replaced or refunded. The person in possession of the Ticket will be regarded as the rightful owner.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars including GST.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard through our secure on-line payment system.
All transactions will attract a processing fee.
