TASTING NOTES

An ode to the Riverland, the beating heart of South Australian citrus. Golden and full of warmth, we bring together sunlit spirit and the soft sweetness of madagascan vanilla. A balance of vibrancy and comfort, sip in good company and stay a while.

AUSTRALIAN WHISKY

Born in the heart of Australia, this premium whisky celebrates craftsmanship, intensified flavour & unwavering dedication. Bold barrel charring and years of oak maturation have concentrated its flavours of vanilla, citrus & malt. Enjoy the result of our passion & cheers to lifting Australian Spirits.

METHOD

Our award-winning Australian Whisky is the base, chosen for its smooth, easy-drinking style, with gentle malt, soft caramel and subtle spice. This gives the Liqueur a rounded and approachable base.

We then expertly blend this with natural orange and Madagascan vanilla flavourings,
bringing together bright citrus notes and a creamy warmth. A light touch of sweetness
ties everything together, creating a velvety liqueur with notes of candied orange,
soft vanilla and a smooth, lingering finish.

THE
ARTWORK

Madeleine Fabbian (SA)

Madeleine Fabbian is an Adelaide-based emerging artist who predominantly paints in oils on canvas. Madeleine is inspired by her Italian heritage and a love for food. She draws inspiration from her Nonna’s cooking and the texture that different foods provide. Madeleine can capture and explore rich textures and colours in her paintings.  She particularly enjoys painting fruits from nature and extends to flora and fauna.

Working from her own photography, she can capture and transform an image into expressive, tactile paintings. While food is a central theme of her work, she also extends into the natural world with a love for fruit, flora and fauna.
