The Riverland’s makes an ideal climate for ripening lemons, and we’ve partnered with a third-generation citrus grower to hand-pick Eureka lemons – an exceptional variety for Limoncello. Only the ripest, thinnest zest is gently peeled to release sweet oils and bright aroma. It is then macerated in fine grape spirit for 48 hours with gentle mixing to draw out a vivid yet balanced flavour. Finally, we skilfully blend with premium Aqua Pura water and just the right touch of sugar to create a Limoncello layered with candied lemon, citrus zest, and a hint of lemon tart.

Eliza Koch is an Adelaide based artist and mother to her two young children. Eliza paints vibrant still life scenes, predominantly acrylic on canvas, with the aim to evoke joyful and energetic memories. Her desire to create still life stems from her love of beautiful, quality items and patterns as well as a love for cook books and food photography. Within her own practice, Eliza particularly enjoys painting the shadows of items to add dimension to her work, the colours she uses are guided by intuition and offer contrast and interest to her vibrant work.
