Good food and nice whiskey tasting. Would have been good to have a tour or something to learn more but can’t fault the food or drinks.

We tried the tapas, pizzas and drinks. Food was awesome, drinks and cocktails were really good with an amazing variety and the venue itself was great, modern and well appointed.If you haven’t seen the inside of a distillery or barrel house, ask for a tour.

Great design/architecture and quality facilities. The cocktails and food options were brilliant and well executed. Staff were friendly and attentive. Not much for little kids to do if you have them. Not much to actually do except eat and drink.

Amazing food and service! Was across in SA for a holiday and had our company Christmas party here! Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed! The staff even sorted out food allergies and provided options upon our arrival! Will definitely be back!

Came here for dinner and also tried both the gin and whiskey tasting flights. Not a big fan of the purple gin but the others were great. The food was above average for distillery and the Morrocan chicken was the standout for me! It was Friday night and the live music was like background music. I didn’t think the service was worth mentioning until after dinner one of the bar staff named Jamie took us for a distillery tour. He was really friendly, knowledgeable and offered excellent customer service.

Food order was taken quickly, and food delivered just as quick. Gin tasting flight ok. Whisky tasting flight quite interesting. But memorable experience came from Jamie offering a last minute distillery tour and a run down on the history on the building former. Great stuff.

Thoroughly enjoyed our gin blending masterclass with Deniz. We covered what gin was, a little of its history then got down to business. A bit like a high school science class - precise measuring cylinders, pipettes and care not to cross-contaminate. First we smelt the 12 botanicals and then Deniz provided useful advice to help us develop three of our own mix of blends. Each tried neat, with ice and then a mixer. Remarkable differences between smell and taste. Then we made up a final larger blend and bottled it to take home. Good value and fun for all the senses. It was a great way to spend our Friday 13th! I’d recommend staying for a yummy lunch or having someone sober lined up to collect you as you may end up a little tipsy. 🙂

Stunning venue, came in for lunch and was greeted by Deniz at the bar with a friendly smile. Food arrived and was delicious, ordered the slow cooked lamb for lunch. Service was exceptional from Ava, very polite!

Fantastic place for some lunch (pizzas and chips were great) with very good refreshments and tastings. The daiquiri slushie was a highlight.Deniz and Hannah were great and made sure we all had a great experience.

Gin tasting was great, Deniz was an amazing host who thoroughly guided us through the whole experience. Her service was top tier, I couldn't recommend her any more.

Deniz had the nicest and warmest service I have ever seen at a distillery. Her knowledge was exceptional and made sure that all of us in our group were looked after well. I would come back just to get served by her again. Strongly recommend everyone comes and buys up big

We were a bit apprehensive at first not knowing what to expect but our bar guy Darcy was awesome. We felt so welcome and served upon that we enquired about coming to stay to enjoy a whole night at 23rd street and participate in a tour. His sales and product knowledge sold us. The location, the service, the food, the drink! All fantastic! I was lucky enough to have Hannah be our host who was very accomodating and had amazing recommendations. The red citrus gin wasn’t something I thought about but was the best drop I had all day. Couldn’t recommend 23rd street. And thank you again Hannah.

Definitely take the time to visit when in the Riverland. Fantastic Gin, tasty meals, great service and plenty of room inside and outside on the lawn.

The best 15 minutes of her life!

Delicious gluten free options. They actually cooked chips for me in fresh oil!! The service is friendly and knowledgeable about gin. A lovely way to spend an afternoon with three kids.

three whiskies on offer for tasting. not much to say about the imported blend. the SA KI #3 one stands out. mosses, celery, forests on nose and more smoke and nuts on palate. a satisfying dram with a reasonable price. the building was well designed and beautiful. staff were friendly and welcoming as well. on offer were Vale beers on tap as well if one desires.

Great customer service from the staff, Simply Delicious Pepperoni Pizza large enough to share & we loved their Vodka.
