RASPBERRY AND FINGER LIME GIN SPRITZ

INGREDIENTS

60ml 23rd Street Raspberry and Finger Lime Gin

20ml Vok Liqueurs Triple Sec

15ml Cawsey's Sugar Syrup

15ml Fresh Lime Juice

Press + Bloom Prosecco , to top

Lime Wedge & Mint Sprig, to garnish

METHOD

1 Fill a wine style glass with ice.

2 Add gin, triple sec, sugar syrup and lime.

3 Stir for 10-15 secs.

4 Top with Prosecco and soda and garnish.
