RASPBERRY AND FINGER LIME GIN SMASH (BEGINNER)

INGREDIENTS

60ml Raspberry & Finger Lime Gin

5 Fresh Raspberries

20ml Fresh Lime Juice

15ml Cawsey’s Sugar Syrup

Bickford's Soda Water, to top

Lime Wedge & Mint Sprig, to garnish

METHOD

1 Add fresh raspberries to a glass and muddle.

2 Add remaining ingredients, besides soda, and stir.

3 Top with ice and soda water and gently stir.

4 Garnish.
