RASPBERRY AND FINGER LIME BRAMBLE
INGREDIENTS
50ml 23rd Street Raspberry and Finger Lime Gin
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Cawsey's Sugar Syrup
15ml Crème de Mure
Lemon Wedge, to garnish
METHOD
1
  Fill cocktail shaker with ice.

  Add all ingredients, except for Crème de Mure, into cocktail shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds.

  Strain into cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.

  Drizzle crème de mure over the top (stir or let ‘bleed’ into the drink).

  5. Garnish with lemon wedge.
