RASPBERRY AND FINGER LIME BRAMBLE

INGREDIENTS






METHOD

1   Fill cocktail shaker with ice.

2   Add all ingredients, except for Crème de Mure, into cocktail shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds.

3   Strain into cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.

4   Drizzle crème de mure over the top (stir or let ‘bleed’ into the drink).

5   5. Garnish with lemon wedge.
